For 140 IT experts coming all over the world, we organized an entire production including run of show with detailed minutes and “event scenario”; sunset cruise and welcome reception to Split’s historic core, followed by a Roman-themed dinner show with live gladiators (featuring Emperor Diocletian, a battle on the tables, etc.) and then our final challenge–the group wanted to continue the party but the problem was the city’s 60DB noise level (equal to jazz band playing full tilt!). Our innovative solution–a silent party with two DJ and everyone wearing headphones! All of it beautifully captured by our photo and video production team—what a night to remember!
